Our partner, SaNDAI Global, serves as our dedicated AI Resources (AIR) Department, providing executive AI leadership and a comprehensive portfolio of services including data analytics, business intelligence, website and chatbot development, AI agent implementation, workforce upskilling, AI governance, workflow automation, CRM modernization, financial management, and continuous technical support to help us responsibly grow and optimize our Digital Workforce.
Our Project Management Team
Yousiff Altaie
Project Manager/DataGen Next Step Scholar
Yousiff Altaie serves as the Project Manager and primary point of contact for SaNDAI. In this role, he leads key operations and coordinates client communications, oversight of high school AI Aides, and custom AI deployments.
Working at the intersection of technology and community impact, Yousiff helps drive the Call For Us All Grant Program, which, in partnership with SaNDAI, directly supports Sickle Cell Virginia by building digital capacity and modernizing operational infrastructure. Yousiff applies his expertise in data analytics and AI implementation to expand digital reach, enhance workflow efficiency, and strengthen connections with the communities served.
Lina M.
Project Associate / DataGen Scholar
Lina M. serves as the Project Associate, working directly alongside the Project Manager to support key operational workflows and technical execution. In this role, she leads hands-on website updates and spearheads the configuration and maintenance of custom chatbots and AI agents.
Through her work on the Call For Us All Grant Program, Lina plays an integral role in SaNDAI’s partnership with Sickle Cell Chapters of Virginia, helping build the digital infrastructure needed to elevate the foundation’s reach and impact. Initially joining through the SaNDAI Cares DataGen Scholar Program, she leverages her training in data analytics and generative AI systems to enhance daily efficiency, strengthen digital touchpoints, and deliver meaningful technical solutions for the community.

AI Receptionist
Judy is the Sickle Cell Chapters of Virginia, Inc. virtual receptionist, available 24 hours a day to answer questions, direct visitors to the right programs and services, provide event information, and help connect individuals and families with the support they need. Judy delivers friendly, fast, and reliable assistance whenever you need it.
Marcus
Knowledge Assistant & Resource Finder
Marcus is our AI-powered knowledge assistant and resource navigator. He helps individuals, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals quickly find trusted information about sickle cell disease and trait, locate community resources, explore educational materials, and access programs and services available throughout Virginia. Marcus is designed to make finding the right information simple, personalized, and accessible.

Jeremy Williams, Sr.
Executive AI Strategist & AIR Department Lead
Jeremy provides executive leadership for our AIR Department, guiding AI strategy, governance, organizational transformation, and long-term innovation. With nearly 30 years of experience leading business improvement initiatives across nonprofit, government, healthcare, and Fortune 500 organizations, he works closely with executive leadership to ensure every AI initiative supports our mission, operational priorities, and strategic objectives.
Jeremy “JJ” Williams, Jr.
AIR Department Operations Manager
JJ manages the day-to-day operations of our AIR Department, overseeing AI implementation, project delivery, agent performance, and client success. He ensures our Digital Workforce operates reliably while driving continuous optimization, performance improvements, and operational excellence.
Jayden Williams
AI Solutions & Integration Manager
Jayden leads the technical implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Digital Workforce, managing CRM integration, AI agent configuration, workflow automation, and system optimization. He ensures our AI solutions remain secure, scalable, and tailored to our operational needs.
